What is Black Tie Attire?

Black tie attire is a formal evening dress code, more formal than business attire. For men, it signifies a dark Suit or Tuxedo. Women generally wear floor-length gowns or sophisticated cocktail dresses. Black Tie does not mean the dress code is black. You may wear any color you prefer. For the Ceremony/Church dress code is Conservative Casual/Formal. For those that are planning to check into the hotel before the reception you will have time to change as well.

Do I get a plus one?

We wish we could accommodate everyone, but due to space limitations, we're only able to invite those listed on the invitation. Your invitation will state if you have a plus one.

Are children allowed?

Your invitation will specifically state if your children are invited.

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Kindly state on your RSVP response, venue accommodations are in place to serve everyone's needs.

Transportation

No transportation is provided to the ceremony. There is plenty of onsite parking at both reception and ceremony, valet is available at the reception. Transportation will be provided by bus for those guests staying at the Marriott Saddlebrook location from the hotel to the reception and from the reception to the hotel at the end of the night.

What is the RSVP deadline?

January 1st, 2026. please respond by mail, if we do not receive it by this date we will take it as a decline. Please keep in mind to send early enough that we receive by the deadline.
